President, Treasurer and Chief Executive Officer
As president and founder of S&F Concrete, Antonio brings over 50 years of construction experience to the forefront of the company. Antonio is a proud member of Local 51 - Cement Masons, Mr Frias served on the Massachusetts Workers Compensation Advisory Council. His hard work and dedication to S&F Concrete has helped build a strong and lasting foundation for years to come. Antonio received his Doctor of Public Administration Honoris Causa from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy.
For 50 yrs as Vice president and founder, Joseph Frias has had an involvement with virtually all of the S&F projects " actively on site or in the trenches with the men . He has owned and operated S&F Concrete with dignity and pride - putting quality at the top of the list for all projects. Locally, Joseph is a member of the Cement Masons, Local 51, and was a member of Laborers International.
Chief Operating Officer
S&F's COO brings 20 years of construction experience to the table. Prior to his position as COO, Rodney was a field engineer and project manager for S&F, working on projects from 111 Huntington in Boston, Northeastern University residence halls, Delta Airlines terminals and dozens of other high-profile projects. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Northeastern University and is a trustee of the Laborers Union Pension Fund.
Peter J Moskos, P.E.
Executive Vice President
Peter brings 40 years of construction experience to his role as executive vice president at S&F Concrete. He has project managed high-profile and high-recognition jobs that have propelled the company forward, including the Fleet Center in Boston, Carnegie Abbey in Portsmouth, RI and MIT Stata in Cambridge, MA. He holds degrees from Northeastern University and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
